This research project examines the issue of access to big tech services and infrastructures. Specifically, it investigates how access to these resources is protected under two frameworks: competition law's essential facilities doctrine and the concept of public services. By analysing their workings, the project aims to determine which approach better promotes access and fosters the value of solidarity.
